Their core ingredients are typically low- or non-toxic inorganic or organic compounds, such as thiourea, thiosulfate, sodium polysulfide, halide systems, or specific environmentally friendly chelating agents.

2. Applicable Production Processes

Applicable to granular oxidized gold and silver ores. Production processes include heap leaching, tank leaching, mixing, carbon-in-slurry leaching, and mine cleaning.

3. Product Form

This product is available in solid block or powder form and is readily soluble in water. It can be used immediately after dissolving in water.

Main Ingredients: Sodium oxide, iron carbide, nitrogen, ammonium, calcium, etc.

4. pH Adjustment

During production, first adjust the return water pH to 11±1 with caustic soda or quicklime before adding this solution.

5. Usage Concentration

The optimal solution concentration should be determined experimentally based on the actual ore composition.

6. Usage Instructions

In actual production, this method is similar to the sodium cyanide method. The barren solution can be reused and is compatible with the cyanide method. The barren solution from this method is added to the barren solution tank and continuously rinsed and dissolved with return water. If black residue is produced, it will not affect subsequent use.

7. Precautions

a) It is recommended to use golden coconut shells as a supplementary extractant to absorb carbon or zinc dust.

b) It is recommended to test the content, pH value, and concentration of the gold-rich solution.

c) It is not recommended to mix strong oxidants such as hydrogen peroxide and potassium permanganate with the gold leaching agent (partial pretreatment is acceptable).

d) During the pretreatment of complex ores, this method is incompatible with auxiliary agents such as ammonium hydroxide, sodium sulfide, potassium ferrocyanide, lead nitrate, and sodium hypochlorite.

e) There is no repulsion when used with sodium cyanide.

f) The "oxygen-enriched leaching process" of the full-slime cyanide carbon-in-pulp method has a negative impact on gold extractants.
